Return Policy
The following steps must be followed to ensure that your return is handled properly.

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any merchandise in its original condition and packaging for a refund less shipping and handling charges. A 20% Restocking Fee will be applied in all cases. The 20% Restocking Fee will be applied to the Equipment Subtotal of the invoice regardless of any re-seller discounts.

Please note that we will refund the original shipping cost only if:

  • the merchandise you received was the result of an error on our part and was not what you ordered or
  • after inspection, the product appears to be defective.


  • In both cases replacement merchandise will be shipped promptly upon inspection and without any additional handling or shipping charges.

    Are there any exceptions?

    We do not accept returns of any merchandise that has visible signs of abuse, misuse or user damage. We do not accept returns on any item that was a custom ordered item or a special order.

    We do not accept returns of any merchandise that was purchased using a Coupon Code for discounted pricing unless prior arrangements have been made.

    Clearance products cannot be returned except if, after our inspection, the product proves to be defective.

    If you purchased the wrong item without consulting our technical staff first, OR if you changed your mind after you received the shipment, you will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

    How do I return an item?

    You must get a Return Authorization Number (RMA) from CAWW in order to return any merchandise. Please complete the following form to receive your RMA. Put the RMA number on the outside of the package and send to:

    IF YOU RETURN ANY MERCHANDISE WITHOUT AN RMA, IT WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO YOU AND MERCHANDISE MUST BE RECEIVED BY CAWW WITHIN 15 DAYS OF ISSUANCE OF AN RMA NUMBER.
